Online Registration Policy

This Online Registration Policy applies to the registration and account-creation service (the "Registration Service") available on www.logotech-ise.com (the "Website"), operated by I.S.E. S.r.l. ("ISE", "we", "us"), with registered office in Via delle Driadi 45, 00133 Rome, Italy, and operating site in Via Luigi Einaudi 7, 00012 Guidonia Montecelio, Rome, Italy.

It sets out the terms on which you may register for an account on the Website. It is separate from, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice, which explains how we process the personal data you provide when you register.

1. Purpose of the Registration Service

Registering on the Website allows you to:

a) access the members'/customer area and any services provided in connection with it (e.g., technical documentation, order tracking);

b) request quotes and enter into sale and purchase agreements for ISE analysers, reagents, and related services;

c) receive, where you separately opt in, newsletters and product/service communications.

Registration is free and non-compulsory. You may browse the public areas of the Website without registering; declining to register may, however, limit your access to the services listed above.

2. Eligibility

The Registration Service is intended for professional users - healthcare institutions, laboratories, distributors, and their authorised staff - and for individuals of at least 18 years of age acting on behalf of such an organisation.

3. Your Registration Information

3.1. When registering, you agree to provide identification data (e.g., name, email address, phone number, company/institution) that is true, accurate, current, and complete, and to keep it up to date.

3.2. Refusal to provide the data required for registration, while lawful, may make it impossible for ISE to process your registration or to enter into or perform a related sale agreement.

3.3. All personal data collected through the Registration Service is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, issued pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018). That notice - not this page - describes the purposes, legal basis, retention periods, recipients, and your data protection rights.

4. Account Credentials

4.1. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.2. If you become aware of, or suspect, unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately via our Contact page.

4.3. ISE is entitled to assume that actions carried out under your credentials have been carried out by you, unless we are notified otherwise.

5. Marketing Communications

5.1. Newsletters and product/service communications are sent only where you have given specific, separate consent at the time of registration or afterwards - this consent is not a condition for completing your registration.

5.2. You may withdraw this consent at any time, free of charge, using the unsubscribe link included in each communication or by contacting us directly.

5.3. Your email address will only be used for the communications you have consented to receive, and will not be sold or rented to third parties.

6. Suspension and Termination of Your Account

6.1. You may close your account at any time by contacting us via our Contact page.

6.2. ISE may suspend or terminate your account, or refuse a registration request, where we reasonably believe the information provided is inaccurate, the account is being misused, or there is a security concern - consistent with our Terms of Use.
