Accessiability

Web Accessibility

I.S.E. S.r.l. ("ISE", "we", "us") is committed to ensuring that our website, www.logotech-ise.com (the "Site"), is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities, regardless of the technology or ability they use to access it.

Our Commitment

We aim to align the Site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the

World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and with EN 301 549, the European standard for accessibility requirements for ICT products and services. These standards guide our efforts to make web content perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users, including those using assistive technologies such as screen readers, voice recognition software, or alternative input devices.

Note: Italy's accessibility law (Law no. 4/2004, "Legge Stanca," as amended) applies mandatory obligations primarily to public sector bodies and, since 2022, to large private companies exceeding defined revenue thresholds. Where this applies to ISE, state so explicitly here and reference the relevant obligations; where it does not, this Policy reflects a voluntary commitment to accessibility best practice.

What We Are Doing

  • Structuring page content with proper headings, labels, and semantic markup to support navigation by assistive technology;

  • Providing text alternatives for non-text content, such as images, where feasible;

  • Ensuring sufficient color contrast and readable typography;

  • Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive elements, including forms and the registration/login area;

  • Reviewing new content and features for accessibility considerations as the Site evolves;

  • Working with our website platform and development partners to address accessibility issues as they are identified.

Known Limitations

Web accessibility is an ongoing effort, and some areas of the Site may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria — for example, certain legacy content, third-party embedded tools, or downloadable technical documents (e.g., product IFUs, datasheets) that were not originally created in an accessible format. We are working to address these limitations over time and prioritize fixes based on user impact.

Feedback and Assistance

If you experience any difficulty accessing content on the Site, or if you require information in an alternative format, please let us know. We will do our best to respond promptly and provide the information or assistance you need, or work to make the relevant content accessible.

Continuous Improvement

We regularly review our Site's accessibility as part of our broader commitment to inclusive design and continuous improvement, and we welcome feedback that helps us identify and address barriers for all visitors.
